The Alabama Asian Cultures Foundation wishes to thank the large number of people who visited the Exhibition of World Heritage Site Photo Panels from Japan, from the opening On October 12 to the close on November 3.  If you were not able to sign the guest book and wish to join our email list of future Foundation events, please send us an email message via the "Contacts" section of this website giving us your name and email address and you will be immediately added.  We will make sure you get prompt messages about coming events we have planned for 2013, including the Birmingham Asian Cultures and Food Festival in April.

We wish to thank our partners, The Japan Foundation in New York, the Japan America Society of Alabama, and Birmingham Botanical Gardens for their wonderful support and assistance in making this Exhibition successful.  Our Foundation seeks partnerships with established arts and cultural organizations in Birmingham and Alabama in order to enhance and expand arts and cultural offering from Asia to all our citizens.  As the world become more global, we must educate ourselves and develop appreciation for other peoples and cultures, and our Foundation is dedicated to doing just that.
